| Harry Lichtcsien formed Czarina Realty to make sure pet lovers could
find a suitable home for their loved ones and themselves. After almost 30 years in the business, it was time to speak up for our furry friends. We want to work with owners and buyers who share our love of our best friends; our pets. Harry has worked with major real estate firms, developers, manufactured home sellers and had his own company. Harry has all required designations from the state of Florida. Licensed R.E. Broker/ Licensed CAM (Property Manager)/ Licensed Broker for manufactured home sales and is a Notary Public. All those licenses allow Harry to function in many capacities. He can sell any type of real estate in Florida. Manage all sizes and styles of Home owners Assoc. He may also manage properties for the purpose of renting or just maintaining said property. Harry began his journey in R.E. in 1977 as a sales manager for a C/21 office in Florida. He has since been associated with Major developers and previously owned a successful R.E./Management firm for about 17 years. Sold out and took a 1 year break. Joined MHC corp. as a sales consultant at the Heritage in North Ft, Myers. After more than four years he got this crazy idea about a pet friendly realty company. As business cooled off a little, that signaled the need for Harry to get back in the business and help folks find the right home for their pets and themselves. We will need participation from the pet community to make this business succeed. It is our plan to work with the animal shelters and anybody or group that supports the animal kingdom.
